Terms of Business

Our terms and conditions

Unfortunately it has become necessary for us to include these terms of business.
We are saddened that this has become necessary but not everyone plays fair.
We have tried to set out terms that both satisfy and protect both parties and clearly lay out the obligations and responsibilities of all parties involved.

The short version of these terms is.

  1. We will provide a written estimate outlining the exact nature of the work to be completed.
  2. We will give an estimated timescale for the work to be completed.
  3. We will provide an accurate price for the work to be completed.
  4. We expect payment in full in accordance to our written terms.
  5. Failure to pay in full on or within the agreed timeframe will result in us charging interest at 8% above the current base rate set by the bank of England on all outstanding monies.
  6. If payment is still outstanding we will take legal action and any and all costs will be added to the bill.

    Full Terms and conditions.
